A timeless Liberty print and a fun ombre twist on smocking - a perfect combo! This kit includes the essentials for you to complete this classic smocked Mary De dress. We will pleat across the full width of one side of the fabric that you will use for the smocked skirt. In addition, we have included 3 skeins of floss, buttons, and cording. The Olivia Kate smocking plate is included as well.
