This Pink handloom saree is woven in hand-spun khadi cotton and features an all-over floral jaal created using the Jamdani weaving technique. The khadi cotton base offers a breathable texture and soft structure, while woven floral motifs in white and marigold tones form a continuous pattern across the saree.
Jamdani is a traditional supplementary-weft weaving technique in which motifs are inserted individually by hand during the weaving process. Each motif is created directly on the loom, allowing the pattern to appear clearly on the surface of the fabric while remaining visible on both sides.
The pallu is defined with fine horizontal pinstripes and finished with hand-knotted tassels. Suitable for daytime gatherings, festive occasions, and cultural events, this saree pairs well with both classic and contemporary blouses.
