Take Heart is third in a series of Janets vintage Valentine collections. The generosity of friends and colleagues have provided a wealth of beautiful and rare images from their familys treasured keepsakes. A Quilt Market acquaintance, artist Shelly Watson, exercised a great amount of trust by sharing her Dad Jimmys 1920s - 30s valentines and Tally Cards that her mother had saved. We also enjoyed collaborating with her on the Affectionately Yours project. These rare finds translated to fabric are classics!
