Artist comment: I created this study of mushrooms whilst working on the Starchefs Cookbook with many of the top chefs, some of the paintings feature in chef Philip Howards chapter at the Square restaurant I was fortunately be go out into the New Forest a few times with a very knowledgeable mushroom forager, which fired a passion for all fungi ever since!
